Kentucky High School Baseball - Lexington Catholic edged by Pleasure Ridge Park
April 28, 2018: Louisville, KY 40258 The Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers got by the visiting Lexington Catholic Knights baseball team by a count of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meade County for a non-league bout on Monday, April 30. Pleasure Ridge Park will face a Green Waves team coming off a 16-6 league win over Hancock County (Lewisport, KY). The Green Waves record now stands at 10-10.
Next, the Knights face the Tates Creek Commodores (Lexington, KY) in a District 43 bout, on Tuesday, May 1. Lexington Catholic will attempt to move on its 12-6 season record. The Commodores enter the bout with a 10-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY).
