California High School Basketball - Serra overwhelms Burlingame
December 22, 2017: Burlingame, CA 94010 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA) and the host Burlingame Panthers (Burlingame, CA), saw Serra's basketball squad wallop Burlingame by a tally of 51-30.
With the victory, Serra improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Padres travel to St. Mary's (Stockton, CA) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 4-6. St. Mary's lost 54-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Franklin (Elk Grove, CA)
Next up, the Panthers play the Lincoln Mustangs (San Francisco, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. Burlingame will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 56-50 non-league loss to Gateway (San Francisco, CA).
