California High School Basketball - Franklin over Woodland
December 28, 2017: Stockton, CA 95215 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA) and the visiting Woodland Wolves (Woodland, CA), saw Franklin's basketball squad overcome Woodland by a tally of 55-35.
With the victory, Franklin improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Tracy (Tracy, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 3. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 4-0.
The Wolves now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Orland for a non-league test on Friday, December 29. Woodland will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 72-59 non-league loss to Pioneer (Woodland, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-9.
