Minnesota High School Basketball - Hill-Murray topples Chanhassen
February 6, 2010: Maplewood, MN 55109 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN) basketball squad beat the visiting Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN), by a margin of 65-57.
The Pioneers (14-5) will now prepare for their outing against Tartan (Oakdale, MN). The Titans go into the Classic Suburban outing with a 8-12 record. In their last outing, Tartan was topped by Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN), 65-53, in a league outing.
The Storm now own a 8-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burnsville for a Lake outing on Tuesday, February 9. Chanhassen will encounter a Blaze squad coming off a 58-47 league win over Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN). The Blaze record now stands at 11-6.
