November 29, 2023: Henderson, NV 89015 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars (Henderson, NV) and the visiting Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon Pirate (Henderson, NV), saw Pinecrest Academy Cadence's basketball squad hold off Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon by a tally of 43-36.
With the victory, Pinecrest Academy Cadence improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars host Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Desert Shields in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Desert Shields come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.
