California High School Basketball - Priory nips Crystal Springs Uplands
January 19, 2024: Hillsborough, CA 94010 Priory Panthers (Portola Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons (Hillsborough, CA), 42-41 in a league bout.
With the win, Priory upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Panthers host Menlo School (Atherton, CA) to play the Knights in a bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 5-10. Menlo School lost 43-39 in their recent league bout against Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA)
Next up, the Gryphons play the Pinewood Panthers (Los Altos Hills, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Crystal Springs Uplands will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 55-42 non-league loss to Rise University Prep (San Francisco, CA).
