Pennsylvania High School Football - Ligonier Valley trounces Homer-Center

August 24, 2018: Homer City, PA 15748

In Friday's league match, the visiting Ligonier Valley Rams football squad scored a big 56-0 victory over the Homer-Center Wildcats.

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA) in a Heritage match, on Friday, August 31. Ligonier Valley will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Comets enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 52-14 league win over Blairsville (Blairsville, PA).

The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Purchase Line (Commodore, PA). The Red Dragons enter the Heritage match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Purchase Line was crushed by West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA), 31-6, in a league match.
