North Carolina High School Soccer - Parkland overwhelmed by Mount Tabor
April 10, 2024: Winston-Salem, NC 27127 The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) and the host Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC), saw Mount Tabor's soccer squad triumph over Parkland by a count of 9-0.
The Spartans now hold a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Reagan for a Central Piedmont 4A test on Friday, April 12. Mount Tabor will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 2-1 league win over R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Parkland drops to 0-9 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Davie (Mocksville, NC) to meet the War Eagles in a Central Piedmont 4A test on Friday, April 12. The War Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-4. Davie won 9-0 in their recent league test against Glenn (Kernersville, NC)
