The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Manheim Central Barons (Manheim, PA) and the visiting Solanco Golden Mules (Quarryville, PA), observed Manheim Central's football squad bounce Solanco by a count of 78-26.

The Barons now own a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Garden Spot for a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 contest on Friday, November 4. Manheim Central will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 42-36 league win over Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 5-4.

Coming up next, the Golden Mules encounter the Cocalico Eagles (Denver, PA) in a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 contest, on Friday, November 4. Solanco will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 62-0 league win over Ephrata (Ephrata, PA).
