Friend Bulldogs (Friend, NE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Osceola Bulldogs (Osceola, NE), 52-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Friend upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Thayer Central (Hebron, NE) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 19. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 0-14. Thayer Central lost 54-42 in their recent non-league bout against Milford (Milford, NE)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Giltner Hornets (Giltner, NE) in a D2 District 7 bout, on Friday, January 15. Osceola will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 42-34 non-league loss to Kenesaw (Kenesaw, NE).
