Delaware High School Basketball - Woodbridge nips Sussex Tech
February 12, 2016: Bridgeville, DE 19933 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE) and the visiting Sussex Tech Ravens (Georgetown, DE), saw Woodbridge's basketball squad hold off Sussex Tech by a count of 55-51.
With the victory, Woodbridge upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Raiders host Seaford (Seaford, DE) to play the Bluejays in a Henlopen - Southern challenge on Tuesday, February 16. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 1-9.
Next up, the Ravens play the Dover Senators (Dover, DE) in a Henlopen - Northern challenge, on Tuesday, February 16. Sussex Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Senators come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 66-53 non-league loss to St. Elizabeth (Wilmington, DE).
