February 24, 2020: St. Ignace, MI 49781 The St.Ignace Saints routed the visiting Newberry Indians basketball team by a final score of 76-12 in Monday's league game.
In their next game, the Saints face the Cheboygan Chiefs (Cheboygan, MI) in a Straits Area game, on Thursday, February 27. St.Ignace will attempt to move on its 16-2 season record.
With the defeat, Newberry moves to 3-13 on the year. The Indians travel to Engadine (Engadine, MI) to play the Eagles in a Eastern Upper Peninsula challenge on Tuesday, February 25.
