Carrboro Jaguars (Carrboro, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC), 16-5 in a non-league battle.

The Jaguars now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Terry Sanford for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 21. Carrboro will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 15-4 league loss to Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.

In their next game, the Whirlies clash with the Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 20. Grimsley will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record.
