Virginia High School Basketball - Dan River trounced by Altavista Combined School
February 11, 2022: Altavista, VA 24517 The Altavista Combined School Colonels routed the visiting Dan River Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 63-32 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Colonels face the Nelson County Governors (Lovingston, VA) in a Dogwood game, on Saturday, February 12. Altavista Combined School will attempt to move on its 13-4 season record. The Governors enter the game with a 15-2 record after their 42-24 league win over Campbell (Naruna, VA).
