Oklahoma High School Basketball - Blanchard holds off Glenpool
December 11, 2021: Glenpool, OK 74033 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK) and the host Glenpool Warriors (Glenpool, OK), saw Blanchard's basketball squad hold off Glenpool by a tally of 64-60.
With the victory, Blanchard improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Lions host Bethany (Bethany, OK) to confront the Bronchos in a Western - North challenge on Tuesday, December 14. The Bronchos come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Bethany lost 56-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Community Christian (Norman, OK)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Tahlequah Tigers (Tahlequah, OK) in a Greater Metro challenge, on Tuesday, December 14. Glenpool will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 88-57 non-league win over McAlester (McAlester, OK).
