Nebraska High School Basketball - Mead crushes East Butler
December 18, 2021: Brainard, NE 68626 Mead Raiders (Mead, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host East Butler Tigers (Brainard, NE), 56-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mead upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Raiders host Milford (Milford, NE) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, December 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-1. Milford lost 65-39 in their recent non-league bout against Ashland-Greenwood (Ashland, NE)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the David City Scouts (David City, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 4. East Butler will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Scouts go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 49-27 non-league loss to Lakeview (Columbus, NE).
