Georgia High School Basketball - Model overwhelms Pepperell
February 8, 2022: Rome, GA 30161 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) and the visiting Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA), saw Model's basketball squad wallop Pepperell by a count of 61-28.
With the victory, Model upgrades its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA) to play the Rebels in a AA Region 7 challenge on Thursday, February 10. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 7-14. Fannin County lost 67-51 in their recent league challenge against Dade County (Trenton, GA)
Next up, the Dragons play the Fannin County Rebels (Blue Ridge, GA) in a AA Region 7 challenge, on Friday, February 11. Pepperell will attempt to upgrade on its 6-17 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 7-15 record after their 56-37 league loss to Model (Rome, GA).
