California High School Basketball - Kennedy overwhelms Summit Tamalpais
January 29, 2022: Richmond, CA 94806 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kennedy Eagles (Richmond, CA) and the host Summit Tamalpais Timberwolves (Richmond, CA), saw Kennedy's basketball squad wallop Summit Tamalpais by a tally of 62-21.
With the victory, Kennedy improves its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bethel (Vallejo, CA) to confront the Jaguars in a Tri-County - Stone challenge on Wednesday, February 2. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Bethel lost 49-43 in their recent league challenge against Hercules (Hercules, CA)
Next up, the Timberwolves confront the Cornerstone Christian Cougars (Antioch, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 31. Summit Tamalpais will attempt to improve on its 3-16 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 77-18 league win over Summerfield Waldorf (Santa Rosa, CA).
