May 17, 2023: Augusta, ME 04330 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Cony Rams (Augusta, ME) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Houlton Shiretowners (Houlton, ME), by a count of 18-10.
With the win, Cony upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Rams host Maranacook (Readfield, ME) to battle the Black Bears in a non-league outing on Monday, May 22. The Black Bears go into the outing with a record of 6-3. Maranacook won 9-4 in their recent league outing against Oceanside (Rockland, ME)
With the defeat, Houlton drops to 0-3 on the season. The Shiretowners travel to Camden Hills (Rockport, ME) to battle the Windjammers in a non-league outing on Friday, May 19. The Windjammers go into the outing with a record of 6-2.
