Indiana High School Basketball - Covenant Christian nips Roncalli

Covenant Christian Warriors (Indianapolis, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Roncalli Rebels (Indianapolis, IN), 62-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Covenant Christian upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to North Putnam (Roachdale, IN) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-1. North Putnam lost 77-65 in their recent non-league bout against Edgewood (Ellettsville, IN)

Next up, the Rebels play the Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 13. Roncalli will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 64-40 league win over Franklin Community (Franklin, IN).
