February 8, 2020: Chatham, IL 62629 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Glenwood Titans (Chatham, IL) and the visiting Champaign Central Maroons (Champaign, IL), saw Glenwood's basketball squad hold off Champaign Central by a tally of 47-42.
With the victory, Glenwood improves its record to 19-6 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Decatur Eisenhower (Decatur, IL) to confront the Panthers in a Central State Eight game on Tuesday, February 11. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 10-15. Decatur Eisenhower won 55-50 in their recent non-league game against Mt. Zion (Mt. Zion, IL)
With the defeat, Champaign Central moves to 12-13 on the year. The Maroons travel to St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL) to face the Sabers in a non-league game on Saturday, February 15. The Sabers enter the game with a record of 12-13.
