The Kouts Mustangs routed the visiting River Forest Ingots basketball team by a final score of 93-57 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

With the victory, Kouts improves its record to 20-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to LaCrosse (LaCrosse, IN) to play the Tigers in a Porter County challenge on Friday, February 28. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 6-14. LaCrosse lost 80-75 in their recent non-league challenge against South Bend Career Academy (South Bend, IN)

Next up, the Ingots play the 21st Century Charter COUGARS (Gary, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 27. River Forest will attempt to improve on its 6-18 season record. The COUGARS come into the challenge with a 19-3 record after their 69-55 non-league win over Victory Christian Academy (Valparaiso, IN).
