February 21, 2020: Corvallis, OR 97330 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Silverton Foxes (Silverton, OR) and the host Corvallis Spartans (Corvallis, OR), saw Silverton's basketball squad overcome Corvallis by a tally of 77-67.
With the victory, Silverton improves its record to 21-1 on the campaign. The Foxes host North Salem (Salem, OR) to confront the Vikings in a 5A Mid-Willamette challenge on Tuesday, February 25. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 9-12. North Salem lost 66-44 in their recent non-league game against West Albany (Albany, OR)
With the defeat, Corvallis moves to 13-9 on the year. The Spartans host South Albany (Albany, OR) to face the Redhawks in a 5A Mid-Willamette game on Tuesday, March 3. The Redhawks enter the game with a record of 14-7.
