In Saturday's non-league match, the host Rockmart Yellowjackets basketball team scored a good 49-36 triumph over the Rome Wolves.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets meet the Gordon Central Warriors (Calhoun, GA) in a AA Region 7 match, on Friday, December 6. Rockmart will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.
