Washington High School Basketball - Skyview fells Capital
January 4, 2020: Olympia, WA 98502 Skyview Storm (Vancouver, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA), 54-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Skyview upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Storm host Heritage (Vancouver, WA) to play the Timberwolves in a 4A Greater St. Helens bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Heritage won 42-28 in their recent non-league bout against North Central (Spokane, WA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Gig Harbor Tides (Gig Harbor, WA) in a 3A South Sound bout, on Wednesday, January 8. Capital will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Tides go into the bout with a 8-1 record after their 77-43 league win over North Thurston (Lacey, WA).
