California High School Softball - Santa Teresa bounces Branham
March 13, 2012: San Jose, CA 95118 Santa Teresa Saints (San Jose, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA), 10-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Saints now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gilroy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 15. Santa Teresa will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Carlmont (Belmont, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Branham falls to 6-2 on the year. The Bruins travel to Leigh (San Jose, CA) to clash with the Longhorns in a non-league test on Thursday, March 15. The Longhorns come into the test with a record of 2-3. Leigh lost 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Valley Christian (San Jose, CA)
