The Academy Wildcats (Westminster, CO) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Prospect Ridge Academy Miners (Broomfield, CO), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats confront the Eagle Ridge Academy Warriors (Brighton, CO) in a 3A/2A Metro challenge, on Tuesday, October 18. The Academy will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 4-0 league loss to Faith Christian (Arvada, CO).
