The Platte Valley Broncos thwarted the host Valley Vikings football team by a count of 28-20 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Platte Valley upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Broncos travel to Bennett (Bennett, CO) to encounter the Tigers in a 2A Patriot - Central outing on Friday, October 13. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 1-5. Bennett lost 49-40 in their recent league outing against D'Evelyn (Denver, CO)

With the defeat, Valley falls to 0-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO) to face the Miners in a 2A Patriot - Central bout on Saturday, October 14. The Miners enter the bout with a record of 0-6. Prospect Ridge Academy lost 62-6 in their recent league bout against Wellington (Wellington, CO)
