Florida High School Basketball - Eastside over Vanguard

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Eastside Rams (Gainesville, FL) and the visiting Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL), saw Eastside's basketball squad overcome Vanguard by a tally of 52-35.

With the victory, Eastside improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Santa Fe (Alachua, FL) to confront the Raiders in a 6A District 6 challenge on Thursday, January 3. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 5-0.

Next up, the Knights confront the Jones Fightin' Tigers (Orlando, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 27. Vanguard will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
