November 28, 2018: Los Angeles, CA 90059 Verbum Dei Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Adams Panthers (Los Angeles, CA), 69-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Verbum Dei upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Eagles host TEACH Tech Charter (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Monday, December 3. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 0-2. TEACH Tech Charter lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Alliance Bloomfield (Huntington Park, CA)
Next up, the Panthers play the Covina Colts (Covina, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 4. West Adams will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Colts go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 73-65 non-league loss to Bloomington (Bloomington, CA).
