California High School Basketball - Westchester holds off North Crowley

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting North Crowley Panthers (Fort Worth, TX), saw Westchester's basketball squad hold off North Crowley by a tally of 47-45.

With the victory, Westchester improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA) to confront the Sea Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 4. The Sea Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Redondo Union lost 72-53 in their recent non-league challenge against George Washington Prep (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Panthers confront the North Little Rock Charging Wildcats (North Little Rock, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 31. North Crowley will attempt to improve on its 19-3 season record. The Charging Wildcats come into the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 53-51 non-league win over Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY).
