Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) and the visiting Holy Family Catholic Fire (Victoria, MN), saw Waconia's basketball squad knock off Holy Family Catholic by a count of 69-55.

With the victory, Waconia upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 28.
