The Independence Falcons routed the host Liberty Patriots basketball team by a final score of 71-45 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Frontier Titans (Bakersfield, CA) in a Southwest Yosemite game, on Friday, January 27. Independence will attempt to move on its 17-3 season record. The Titans enter the game with a 8-11 record after their 70-29 league loss to Stockdale (Bakersfield, CA).
