In Friday's league match, the visiting Lincoln County Lynx basketball team scored a decisive 62-27 triumph over the Needles Mustangs.

In their next game, the Lynx confront the Laughlin Cougars (Laughlin, NV) in a Southern 2A match, on Saturday, January 21. Lincoln County will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 59-19 non-league loss to Seligman (Seligman, AZ).

With the defeat, Needles moves to 13-3 on the year. The Mustangs host Mountain View Christian (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Saints in a Southern 2A challenge on Tuesday, January 24.
