St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Ellicott Thunderhawks (Calhan, CO), 8-2 in a league test.

With the win, St. Mary's upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Pirates host Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO) to battle the Thunder in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 20. The Thunder come into the test with a record of 3-8.
