The Copley Indians thwarted the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders football team by a count of 56-35 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Copley upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Bedford (Bedford, OH) to encounter the Bearcats in a non-league outing on Friday, October 30. The Bearcats go into the outing with a record of 5-5. Bedford won 19-14 in their recent league outing against Lorain (Lorain, OH)

With the loss, Roosevelt moves to 3-6 on the season. The Rough riders host Highland (Medina, OH) to encounter the Hornets in a Suburban - American outing on Friday, October 30.
