September 19, 2015: Park Forest, IL 60466 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Rich East Rockets football squad scored a good 49-30 victory over the Gary Roosevelt Panthers.
In their next game, the Rockets clash with the Kankakee Kays (Kankakee, IL) in a Southland match, on Saturday, September 26. Rich East will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Kays enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 48-0 league loss to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL).
The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Hammond (Hammond, IN). The Wildcats enter the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Hammond thwarted Gary West Side (Gary, IN), 30-26, in a non-league match.
