Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA), 69-11 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Pleasant Valley upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Clovis West (Fresno, CA) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, December 28. The Golden Eagles come into the battle with a record of 6-4. Clovis West won 68-38 in their recent non-league battle against Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA)
