October 14, 2011: North Platte, NE 69101 The Norfolk Panthers walloped the host North Platte Bulldogs football team by a count of 41-6 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Norfolk upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE) to face the Silver Hawk in a A District 2 bout on Friday, October 21. The Silver Hawk enter the bout with a record of 7-1. Lincoln Southwest won 48-21 in their recent league bout against Kearney (Kearney, NE)
The Bulldogs (1-7) will now prepare for their bout against Fremont (Fremont, NE). The Tigers enter the A District 2 bout with a 1-7 record. In their last bout, Fremont was crushed by North Star (Lincoln, NE), 56-7, in a league bout.
