October 8, 2011: Jersey City, NJ 07029 The crowd at Saturday's league contest between the Lincoln Lions (Jersey City, NJ) and the visiting St. Anthony Friars (Jersey City, NJ), observed Lincoln's football squad defeat St. Anthony by a count of 32-22.
The Lions now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hoboken for a Hudson County - American contest on Friday, October 14. Lincoln will play a Redwings squad coming off a 27-7 league win over Hudson Catholic (Jersey City, NJ). The Redwings record now stands at 4-1.
