Indiana High School Football - Culver can't get by South Newton
November 4, 2011: Culver, IN 46511 South Newton Rebels (Kentland, IN) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Culver Cavaliers (Culver, IN), 27-21 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, South Newton improves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN) to meet the Knights in a non-league game on Friday, November 11. The Knights come into the game with a record of 12-0. Lafayette Central Catholic won 69-8 in their recent non-league game against Caston (Fulton, IN)
The Cavaliers now sport a 7-5 record.
