In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting St. Martin's Episcopal Saints baseball team scored a nice 12-0 victory over the Haynes Academy .

The Saints (16-7) will now prepare for their game against Covenant Christian Academy (Houma, LA). The Lions go into the 1A District 8 game with a 18-7 record. In their last game, Covenant Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Ascension Catholic (Donaldsonville, LA), 6-3, in a non-league game.
