The Bandys Trojans basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting St. Stephens Indians to 39 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Draughn for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 1. Bandys will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 45-37 non-league loss to Patton (Morganton, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.

The Indians (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Avery County (Newland, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Avery County was nudged by West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 47-44, in a non-league contest.
