Texas High School Baseball - San Angelo Central gets by Eagle Pass
February 26, 2011: San Angelo, TX 76901 San Angelo Central Bobcats (San Angelo, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Eagle Pass Eagles (Eagle Pass, TX), 7-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, San Angelo Central upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bobcats host Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Monday, February 28. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 4-0. Sweetwater won 15-5 in their recent non-league test against Wall (Wall, TX)
With the defeat, Eagle Pass falls to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hidalgo (Hidalgo, TX) to battle the Pirates in a non-league test on Thursday, March 3. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 1-0. Hidalgo won 8-4 in their recent league test against Veterans Memorial (Mission, TX)
