In Friday's non-league game, the visiting West Point Green Wave baseball team scored a nice 14-4 victory over the Ripley Tigers.

The Green Wave (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Saltillo (Saltillo, MS). The Tigers go into the 5A Region 2 game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Saltillo ran past Booneville (Booneville, MS), 4-1, in a non-league game.
