Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA), 73-62 in a league bout.
With the win, Woodson upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to clash with the Titans in a District 4 bout on Thursday, January 13. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Alexandria City won 53-38 in their recent league bout against Robinson (Fairfax, VA)
Next up, the Bruins clash with the Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA) in a District 4 bout, on Thursday, January 13. Lake Braddock will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 0-11 record after their 53-38 league loss to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA).
