The Mount Olive Marauders basketball team (Flanders, NJ), was overwhelmed 49-24 in Monday's league battle with the host Morris Knolls Golden Eagles (Rockaway, NJ)
The Golden Eagles now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morris Hills for a Northwest Jersey - National battle on Wednesday, January 12. Morris Knolls will confront a Knights team coming off a 65-63 non-league loss to Chatham (Chatham, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 5-2.
The Marauders (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against West Morris Central (Chester, NJ). The Wolfpack come into the Northwest Jersey - American battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, West Morris Central trounced Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ), 41-30, in a non-league battle.
