The East Moline United Panthers (East Moline, IL) basketball crushed the host Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL), 64-26 in Tuesday's league test.
The Panthers (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Geneseo (Geneseo, IL). The Maple Leafs go into the Western Big 6 test with a 0-15 record. In their last test, Geneseo was trounced by Quincy (Quincy, IL), 71-26, in a league test.
The Pioneers now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they travel to Moline for a Western Big 6 test on Friday, January 13. Alleman will encounter a Maroons squad coming off a 74-51 league win over Sterling (Sterling, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 15-2.
