In their next game, the Trojans face the Bowie Bulldogs (Austin, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 26 game, on Friday, January 13. Anderson will attempt to move on its 8-15 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 14-7 record after their 52-42 league win over Del Valle (Del Valle, TX).

With the defeat, Austin moves to 11-10 on the year. The Maroons travel to Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX) to face the Tigers in a 6A Region IV District 26 game on Friday, January 13. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 12-10. Dripping Springs won 71-54 in their recent league challenge against Anderson (Austin, TX)
