California High School Basketball - Aquinas nips Linfield Christian

January 10, 2023: San Bernardino, CA 92404

Aquinas Falcons (San Bernardino, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Linfield Christian Lions (Temecula, CA), 60-59 in a league bout.

With the win, Aquinas upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Falcons travel to Arrowhead Christian (Redlands, CA) to play the Eagles in a Ambassador bout on Friday, January 13. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Arrowhead Christian lost 68-66 in their recent league bout against Woodcrest Christian (Riverside, CA)

Next up, the Lions play the Ontario Christian Knights (Ontario, CA) in a Ambassador bout, on Friday, January 13. Linfield Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 19-1 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 14-5 record after their 76-58 league win over Woodcrest Christian (Riverside, CA).
